Terms & Conditions
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms govern your use of blindtalk.live (“BlindTalk”, “we”, “us”). By using BlindTalk you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1. Who can use BlindTalk
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use services like this where you live.
2. The service
BlindTalk randomly connects two anonymous people for a live voice conversation. There are no accounts. We may change, pause or stop the service at any time, and we don’t guarantee you’ll always find a match.
3. Your conduct
You must follow the Community Guidelines. You are responsible for what you say. Don’t use BlindTalk to break the law, harm others, advertise, spam, run bots, or interfere with the service.
4. Other people
People on BlindTalk are strangers. We don’t verify anyone’s identity, and we aren’t responsible for what other users say or do. Be careful, and never share personal information or send money.
5. Moderation
We may end calls, limit features, or temporarily or permanently restrict access — automatically or by a moderator — when we believe these terms have been broken.
6. No warranty
BlindTalk is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens in conversations between users.
7. Paid plans and payments
BlindTalk is free to use. Optional paid plans (“BlindTalk Plus”) are listed with their prices in Indian Rupees on our Pricing page. Plans are one-time payments for the stated period and do not renew automatically. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. Plus is delivered digitally and activated instantly — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may change prices for future purchases; this never affects a plan you have already paid for.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
9. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for what we collect (very little) and how long we keep it.
