Digital service — nothing is shipped

BlindTalk is an online service. BlindTalk Plus is a digital subscription that unlocks features on our website. No physical products are sold or shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

Delivery

• Plus is activated instantly after your payment is confirmed, on the device you paid from. Sign in with your email to use it on all your devices.
• You’ll see a confirmation on screen and a receipt from Razorpay at the email or phone number you entered at checkout.
• In rare cases a payment confirmation from your bank can take up to 30 minutes.

If Plus doesn’t activate

If your payment was successful but Plus isn’t active after 30 minutes, send us your Razorpay payment ID through our contact form. We’ll activate it within 1 working day, or refund you in full as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The service is available online in India and worldwide. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
